AIMS Secures Indonesia BAPPEBTI License
AIMS has been granted a licence by BAPPEBTI, Indonesia's commodity futures trading regulator — a landmark step that strengthens client protection and deepens our commitment to the Indonesian market.

AIMS is proud to announce that it has secured a licence from BAPPEBTI (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi), the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency of Indonesia. This authorisation marks a significant milestone in the company's regional growth and reinforces its long-term commitment to serving Indonesian traders under a robust, locally recognised regulatory framework.
What the BAPPEBTI licence means
BAPPEBTI is the government body responsible for supervising and regulating commodity futures trading in Indonesia. A BAPPEBTI licence signals that a broker meets stringent standards for capital adequacy, operational transparency and client fund protection — giving Indonesian traders confidence that they are dealing with an authorised and accountable provider.
For AIMS clients, the licence translates into stronger safeguards: segregated client funds, transparent pricing, and clear dispute-resolution channels overseen by a national regulator. It complements the international standards AIMS already upholds across its operations in more than 21 countries.
Strengthening our commitment to Indonesia
Indonesia is one of the fastest-growing trading communities in Southeast Asia, and this licence allows AIMS to serve that community with locally compliant products, dedicated support and continued investment in education and technology. It is a foundation for deeper engagement with Indonesian traders for years to come.
AIMS extends its gratitude to clients and partners whose trust has made this achievement possible, and looks forward to building on this milestone as it expands access to secure, world-class trading across the region.
